Should an item you have purchased from us prove faulty and you need to return any items to us please contact us by email at support@solutionshq.co.uk with a description of the fault. We will supply you with a returns number to enclose with your receipt of purchase. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure our full address details and any returns number supplied are shown clearly on the packaging (with the goods). When the item is returned to us, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you once the item is tested and proved faulty, or alternatively a full refund on the goods. No refund will be made on postage / courier charge on returned items
