We will supply you with a returns number to enclose with your receipt of purchase. The item must be returned in the original packaging. Please ensure our full address details and any returns number supplied are shown clearly on the packaging (with the goods). When the item is returned to us, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you once the item is tested and proved faulty, or alternatively a full refund on the goods.
